Good Morning!! I hope everyone has had a good beginning to your day. Today proves to be a crazy one for me. On top of piano lessons, home schooling, and babysitting early afternoon and evening for a friends' daughter, I have my first practice for Heaven's Harmony (singing group with a small group of women at our church). I am looking forward to going since I love music and it is the one time I have away from home, but it will be a long day ending at 9:30 p.m. Oh well, as my mom puts it. You have all day!

Yesterday, I shared a backpack(TLC232) I made for my daughter, Meghan, as a kick off for school and for the Stampin Sisters in Christ blog (to create a school related creation for your child or children). Today I would like to share the backpack I made for my daughter, Nicki! The color challenge (CC235) with elegant eggplant, only olive, and black worked out perfectly since Nicki is my purple girl. She LOVES purple!!

I plan to give this to my daughter with a gift card in it to use on a "school outfit". Since I home school my girls, they never had the chance to go "school shopping".

Since I didn't want the backpacks to look exactly the same, I changed my stamp on Nicki's. The image is created using an Inky Impressions stamp- Lili's Prayer.

Stamps- Inky Impressions- Lily's Prayer
Paper- Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, Black, BG Wisteria, SU Cottage Wall
Embellishments- button, nestabilities, black ribbon, craft hemp, eyelets

The template for this box is found in the resource section at Splitcoaststampers under Backpack box.

******************************************

In case you missed yesterday's post, I am posting a picture of both backpack boxes. For more information on the stamps and papers used for Meghan's butterfly backpack, you can scroll down to the next post.

Thanks for stopping by and for all your wonderful comments. Don't forget that today is day 2 of Inky Impressions Blog Hop. One more day of sneak peeks and then the final reveal during our Blog Hop on Saturday. Here is the schedule for sneak peeks and the links, if you are interested.

Oh, I LOVE these backpacks! What a cute idea, and I know your daughters are going to adore them! I'm partial to the purple one simply because I'm a purple girl too, but the pink one is every bit as cute! Beautiful work, TFS!
