Hello Friends!!  I hope this post finds you all well.  As I write this post, it is in the throws of winter with real cold temperatures (below 0) and snow.  While I enjoy the seasons, this is a bit too cold for me.  The snow is very pretty and it is warm inside.

For those who are not experiencing winter or for those who are already looking for spring, this card is for!!!

For my creation, I incorporated this month's Shining the Light Color Challenge and used the Seeds of Today stamp set, Whimsical Wildflower 6x6 Paper Collection, Plum Pizzazz 6x6 Paper Collection,  Thanks die, as well as the Pierced Rectangles dies, Rectangles, Ornate Ovals, and Ovals die.

Here is my creation:
Our Daily Bread Designs, Seeds of Today, Pierced Rectangles Die, Rectangles Dies, Thanks dies, Ornate Ovals dies, Ovals dies, Plum Pizzazz 6x6 Paper Collection, Whimsical Wildflower 6x6 Paper Collection, Designed by Chris Olsen
I just love this new designer paper.  The patterns are beautiful and the colors so bold and royal.  It really matches this stamp set!

Here is the colors for this month's ODBD Shining the Light challenge:

We hope you can join this challenge.  You have until February 5 at 8pm EST to add your creation and direct link to the linky on this post.

Hello Friends!! Today Our Daily Bread Designs has a special Pre-order for all those who are interested in starting to make their Valentine's cards or goodies or for those who may want to make a wedding or engagement card or treat box.  The bread basket (ODBD team) has lots of inspiration to share using this release and you won't want to miss it.

Today I am sharing a creation I created using the Pre-release items Glorious Gable Box, Tulip Hearts, Layered Hearts dies, Let Your Love Grow as well as the previously released: Antique Labels and Border dies, Love die, Bitty Borders dies, Whimsical Wildflower designer paper,  and Lavish Layers dies.

The Glorious Gable Box has insert dies to create windows.  I chose to make my insert be adhered to the front rather than having windows.  The die cut out the inside of the insert on white cardstock and then hand trimmed the outside so I could layer it.  The sentiments are from one of the items offered in the Pre-release- Let Your Love Grow.

The pre-release is being sold in bundles and are available today.  Just click here to see or purchase the bundles seen below.

For more inspiration for the prelease, please visit my amazingly talented dt sisters:

Grace, Dawn, Robin,  Lisa, Helen, Cathy, Julie, Lori, and Diana.

I hope you enjoyed today's post and are inspired in some way by my creation.  Thanks so much for all your views and comments.

Hello Friends!! We are now in 2017!  I still remember when we changed to the year 2000 and here we are now in 2017.  Where does the time go?!!!

Today I am popping in to share a creation I created for the color challenge at the ODBD Shining the Light challenge.  I created a basket using the Bountiful Basket die released on January as well as the Whimsical Wildflowers Paper CollectionLeaves and Branches diesSeeds of Today stamp set, Bitty Blossoms dies and the previously released Mini Tag dies.

This basket was fun to make and makes the perfect presentation for a small surprise for someone.  I put chocolate kisses in mine.  The sentiment is from the Seeds of Today stamp set and it is die cut using the Mini Tags dies.  The flowers are made with the Bitty Blossoms and Leaves and Branches dies sets.

The colors for the Shining the Light challenge are:
