Happy Tuesday everyone. Today's post will not be nearly as lengthy as most of my posts on Tuesday are because I have left to spend a few days with my mom for her birthday.

For the details and the winners at the MMSC , please swing by Priscilla's blog here. This week's sponsor for the bonus prize is Scor-pal. Our Monthly Give Away is sponsored by Simon Says Stamps. They are offering some very yummy and generous give aways so you won't want to miss visiting the MMSC blog to see what the give aways are. I used some of the scor-pal tape that was sent to each of the dt members on my creation. It is great adhesive!

I made this card for a friend who wanted a Southwestern card for her Mother In Law. I used the I am the Potter stampset from Our Daily Bread Designs and colored it with prisma color pencils and gamsol. I tried to keep with more southwestern colors. To add a delicate touch, I added lace. The flowers were punched with the Boho Blossom punch and distressed. I started sewing each of these tiny squares. After sewing 3 of them I was asking myself what inspired to sew the tiny things. Very tedious work.

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs- I am the Potter
Paper: Basic Grey Ambrosia, Really Rust, Bitter Chocolate, White
Tools: Prisma color Pencils, Boho Blossoms Punch, Textile Embossing Folder, Label 3 nestabilities, circle nestabilities, MS punch
Embellishments: Wright Lace, Buttons, thread

Thanks for visiting today. I hope you are inspired to use this sketch. For more inspiration, please swing by my talented dt sister's blogs: Melissa, Carolyn, Charlotte, Denise, Jane, Jeni, Jessica, Kimmie, Michelle, Phyllis, Priscilla, Shawne, Sonya, and Sue. If you do join us for this challenge, please leave a direct linky to Mr. Linky here. If you upload to SC, please use the keyword MMSC13.

Thanks for stopping by. If you do stop by, please leave a comment so I can return the favor when I return on Friday.
