Happy Tuesday Friends!! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend or Palm Sunday.  It is hard to believe next week is Easter!!  Usually I think of Spring when I think of Easter...not so this weekend.  We got over 4 inches of snow and sleet!!  Oh well...making cards with pastels made me feel like spring.

Today I would like to share one of those cards.  Since next week is Easter, the Shining the Light challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs wants to see your Easter creations with the theme "He is Risen".  Here is my creation using Scripture Collection 10, Let the Earth Rejoice and Happy Spring.  The egg in the background is one I made out of wood using  Words of Faith and Happy Spring/Pussy Willow and Egg  for a centerpiece at Easter.

Card Recipe:
stamps: ODBD Stamps Used: Scripture Collection 10, Happy Spring, Let the Earth Rejoice
ODBD Dies Used: Recipe Card and Tags Die
other dies: Spellbinders Labels 27, Classic Circles, Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourisih
accessories: May Arts Silk ribbon, prima flowers, flower ribbon (gifted), Darice Embossing Folder

For more inspiration for this challenge, please visit my dt sisters:

To see all the creations in one place or join the challenge, click here.  You have until April 7 (two weeks) to join us.  You do not have to use an ODBD stamp to join in, but we would love to see them if you have them.  Plus....your card will only be featured in the top 3 if you use ODBD stamps.   Anyone who participates, however, has a  chance to win the $15 certificate toward ODBD stamps or to be Spotlighted for the Shining the Light Award. We would love to see your creations.

We hope you will join us for this week's challenge!!  We can't wait to see your creation!!

I hope you are having a great  week and that more blessings are bestowed on you in the days to come!!  Thanks for stopping by!! I would love you to leave a comment so I knew you were here.
