Hello, Friends!! I hope all is well and you all enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day weekend (for those in the USA). It was nice to have my hubby home as he has been working so much lately and just have time together as a family!!

Today I would like to share a creation I made for this week's Shining the Light color challenge at ODBD!!

Here are the colors for the challenge:

I had so much fun coloring up the ocean image!! The colors were perfect and I used each and every one of them!! As I colored the photo, I thought of the units I used to teach to my second graders on the Ocean and about all the vacations I had with family camping on Assateague Island!!

I love your gorgeous colors too and the other thing you did that is so smart is to use the border die you used, it looks just like some shells with that other black border on top! Your card is beautiful and I would love to hear about your vacations on an island, wow, that sounds fantastic! Love the double colored bg panel and the black accents as well! Just simply beautiful!
