Happy Friday Everyone!! The weekend is now upon us! Boy did the week fly. This weekend will busy but fun for us as we are expecting several guests for the weekend. I am sure it will be fun but I must say I am praying for some nice weather so we can be outside.

Anywho...I am here to share a new Wags n Whiskers challenge this week.

This week's challenge is hosted by Renata and her challenge is:

a Photo Inspiration!!

Use this inspiration any way you like:

colors, squares, lips, hearts, stars, etc...

Just remember that you must use a Wags 'n Whiskers stamps to be entered into the drawing for ONE FREE WAGS 'N WHISKERS STAMP OF YOUR CHOICE!!

When I saw this photo, I thought some of my SEI Happy Birthday paper with these colors would be perfect. I also thought it would be perfect for a fun Beach/summer card so I used Water Babe from Wags n Whiskers.

For my card I used Mercy's Tuesday sketch:

As you can see, I flipped it on it's side (to the right). My image is colored with prisma color pencils and gamsol. This card is much brighter than what I am used to. LOL! I added some texture to my image panel with divine swirls and some interest with sponged edges and pearl shimmerz (which is still on sale for 25 percent off at Stamp and Create! This includes all shimmerz!) Shimmerz is also added to the goggles and board for extra sheen (although you can't see it in the photo).

Accessories- pearlz pearl shimmerz, pearls, white silk ribbon, shell border punch, Spellbinders Scalloped frame, button, star charm
