Happy Thursday Everyone!! Boy is the week just flying by. I can't believe the weekend is upon us again. Tomorrow morning we leave for Virginia for my nephew's wedding on Saturday. I am not near ready with packing, getting my posts ready for while I am away, or finishing all my housework! Oh well...

Today I have a quick post as I am out the door very shortly. Whimsy is carrying both rubber stamps and digital images in their store!! Last week they had a new digital release and I have yet to use all of them. I just love them and just had to ink up Emma's Swing illustrated by Kevin Lynn, Denise's husband (talent must run in the family!!) and Ann's digi sentiment set Emma Swinging Sentiments. I had so much fun coloring her. I have a confession to make....I colored her in orange. Orange is one of my least favorite colors!! I was trying to challenge myself to think outside of the box a little instead of sticking to my comfort zone. Despite the orange....I think she looks o.k....I used some Basic Grey Paper and colored the image with prisma and gamsol. I used the Saturday Sketch. I so am enjoying the frame spellbinders (Scalloped Edge Frame Spellbinders) sent to me by my dear friend and just can't seem to get enough of using it on my creations. It is just so versatile. The branches are created with a fern stamp from SU.

stamps: Whimsy Emma's Swing illustrated by Kevin Lynn and Ann's digi sentiment set Emma Swinging Sentiments
