Hi Everyone!! The weekend is upon us!!! Woo hoo!! And here in the USA it is a holiday weekend to boot!! I am so excited!! This is the weekend my dear husband do a lot of our yard work. Today we will have 12 yards of black mulch delivered to use in all of our landscaping. It is a lot of work but it is so rewarding when it is complete. It is also my last weekend of preparing for our family birthday party next week where we will have 25-30 guests spending the weekend with us. Am I ready....no....not yet!

Well Anywho...today it is time for a Wags n Whiskers challenge and Our Daily Bread Designs Sneak Peek.
First....the Wags n Whiskers challenge.
This week's challenge is hosted by ubber talented Melanie and her challenge is: Handcrafted Embellishment!!
Get creative and get crafty this week!!Just remember that you must use a Wags 'n Whiskers stamps to be entered into the drawing for ONE FREE WAGS 'N WHISKERS STAMP OF YOUR CHOICE!!

For my creation, I used a handcrocheted flower and felt flowers for my handcrafted embellishment along with the cute Wags n Whisker Best Friends image. The layout uses the Sketch Saturday Sketch from last weekend.

The sentiment is one of the Whimsy digital sentiments from the Flowers In Bloom Sentiment digital collection. I colored my image with water colors. I also used pearl shimmerz on my head band and on the frame around the image (blue frame). The shimmerz is this week's product spotlight at Stamp and Create which means it is also 25% off this week!! The dp is my new favorite!! Capella from Basic Grey!

Please be sure and check out all the Design Teams blogs to see their gorgeous creations. They have lots of inspiration in store for you:
Lacey, Karen, Michele, Debbie, Sharon, Jeanette, Melanie, Tina, Nikki, Renata, Christa, and Jacqui and Our Guest DT this week: Tara

Hi Chris! These are both stunning as always. I love your color choices! The image with the teddy bear reminds me so much of my daughter. I gave her a teddy bear that my grandma gave me when I was little. She has it everywhere she goes. She just tucks it in her bag and he's just always there with her. It's a sentimental thing since my grandma is no longer with us. I may have to get my hands on that image.

I've missed a post somewhere about your daughter and husband...I hope everything is ok!
