Hi everyone!! Last week I received an email from Susie Sugar at Die Cut Dreams that I had won the Die Cut Dreams #30 challenge!! What I did not know is the winner was given the opportunity to be a guest designer in February for two weeks! Imagine my surprise but also my excitement to work along this talented group of ladies!!!! Thanks for this honor and opportunity ladies!!
The challenge this week at Die Cut Dreams is to use red, black and white on your creation. That sounded so much like a Valentine or "Love" type card that I just could not resist using the Steal a Kiss Image from Wags n Whiskers.The paper is from Making Memories: Black Tie. The layout is using last week's Sketch Saturday Challenge. The image is watercolored. The corners are using a vintage corner die from Cuttlebug without punching the insides out. For the tag, I punched some of the insides of 2 corners to place at the ends to make a scroll look. The spiral border is created with the Martha Stewart Punch. The flourishes are made with the BossKut Flourish die.
