Happy Tuesday Everyone!! I hope everyone had a great New Year's!! I sure did! I am just getting into blogging since it was my anniversary and I promised my dear husband that I would stay away from crafting and blogging for the day. I know that I sometimes put so much time into this hobby that he may feel neglected so I thought it was the least I could do for him. He even took Monday off to spend with me so how could I not oblige....
I have been missing all your inspiration and the blog hopping so I can't wait to get back to it!!!

My take on the sketch
Beth generously provided each dt member with an image for this week's sketch!! (Thanks Beth!) I used the image called Chocolate Dipped Strawberry (2 1/4 inches in size). I had fun paper piecing it and adding snow tex for texture on the icing part. I dyed the snow tex with chocolate chip dye and added red pearls on the top for some added interest. The paper is from Die Cuts With A View- Sweets. How appropriate don't you think?My take on the sketch
