Sorry it took me so long to post something on my blog today. Our family went away for the weekend to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. Since my hubby has off this weekend we were in no hurry to come home. We had a great time! Unfortunately it is a rare occasion to be altogether since we live in different areas.
Tonight I want to share some Christmas tags that I made titled the 12 Days of Christmas. I made these before Christmas for a card challenge. I found out today that I won 2nd. I was so honored since all of the entrees were BEAUTIFUL. There are so many talented people out there. While I do not feel worthy, it may day interesting and made me feel good.
These cards were drawn out by me. Some were paper pieced and others were colored using the gamsol technique. All of the cards were sewn with gold thread and were shaker cards. It took me a lot of time but it was also fun.
The box I got from Michaels and decorated the tops and sides. The inside is lined with ribbon.
I hope you enjoyed todays post and that everyones last few days of 2008 are a blessing.
