SSHP12 Calendar Craze

Happy New Year!! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays. I know I did!! Today is the first Sat. Spotlight challenge for the New Year!!
This week is a fun one too!!

For this week's challenge.....

The Spotlight Divas would like to challenge you to go CRAZY with calendars! Whether you decided to make a coaster calendar, a calendar notebook, an easel card with a miniature calendar, tear up your old 2009 calendar for some collage background pieces or get out your calendar stamps/images and just use one month for inspiration....we would love to see you get into the calendar craze with us! And now for my creation....

I created an easel calendar card using a little calendar notepad from Michaels, the New Release Noah's Ark from Our DailyBread Designs, and the Happy Birthday set from Our Daily Bread Designs. I had a fun time coloring the flowers!! The dp is from DCWV Music. I also incorporated the Stampin Sister's in Christ Challenge to make a new year's card. I typed the sentiment on my new computer (my Christmas present!). The flourished pearls are from ZVA Creative. Although it is hard to see in the picture, it is sewn. If you click on the picture, you may be able to see the details close up.

Calendar card recipe:
Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs- Happy birthday, Noah's Ark
Paper: Groovy Guava, Bitter Chocolate, DCWV Music
