Hello Friends!! I hope you all are doing well!! We are doing amazing!!!

SCOTT HAS A JOB!!! God is so good!!!! Scott was offered a job at Moore's Electrical and Mechanical yesterday!!! After almost 3 months of being unemployed.... he begins working again on Thursday!!  Thanks to so many for their uplifting comments, emails, and prayers!!  Your thoughtfulness and help have been so appreciated!!!! We have really felt the prayers and knew that God was in control!!

Today I am popping in to share a card for this week's Shining the Light challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs!!

This week's challenge is:
Use an animal on your creation. It can include birds. It does not have to be the image, it can be on an embellishment or on designer paper as well.

Here is my creation!!!

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I wanted to make a special Valentine and thank you for a very close of friend here in Appomattox who has really been an awesome friend since we moved here.  I hope this card just gives her a little idea of how much I appreciate her.  I can't mention any names...just in case she sees this.  LOL!

For my card, I used the darling Little Girls silhouette and sentiment from Our Daily Bread Designs.

Our Daily Bread Designs, Chris Olsen, Little girls

Card Recipe:
stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs-Little Girls
Paper: gingham dp, Neenah White
Accessories: Spellbinders: Classic Ovals, Fancy Labels 27, Marvelous Squares, Labels 1 (Grand), Floral Doily Accents
Darice Embossing folder, May Arts Mauve Silk ribbon, pearls

Here is a photo of the set:

For more inspiration for this challenge, please visit my dt sisters:

To see all the creations in one place or join the challenge, click here.  You have until February 10th to join us.    You do not have to use an ODBD stamp to join in, but we would love to see them if you have them.  Plus....your card will only be featured in the top 3 if you use ODBD stamps.  Anyone, however, has a chance to win the $15 certificate toward ODBD stamps. We would love to see your creations.
