ODBD Bread Basket

Sunday, January 11, 2009

Today I would like to share a card that I made for two challenges on Splitcoast, the Divine Challenge (BVC

O9) and the Limited Supply Challenge (LSC202). For the limited supply challenge, you had to use red papers and anything you embellished with had to be red or hearts. I used the verse "Let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in heaven...Lam. 3:41" from the Lift Up our Hands set a new release at Our Daily Bread Designs (ODBD). The verse is stamped in Riding Hood Red and embossed several times. I did the cracked glass technique (there is a tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers). The hearts were punched using a new punch from Stampin Up. I purchased it as a set from the Love You Much promo. I used one of my favorite paper sets from Stampin up called Bella Rose.

This challenge was a challenge for me as I love my embellishments! lol! this has less than 3 rhinestones, pearls, or gems! lol!
