Hello friends!! ODBD has a new release today for Father's Day!! You won't want to miss seeing all the different creations made with these stamps or for a chance to win.
Prize Details:
Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 Gift Code to the ODBD Website just for commenting on the Design Team cards! You have until May 18, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. EDT to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win! The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on May 19th, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!
Here are my creations using the Howdy stamp set!! I just love the silhouette!! It is so much fun to create scenes with!!
I used the Sunburst die and sponged it with different hues of orange and yellow to create my background. The rectangular scene is created with the Howdy stamp set as is the circular panel. The clouds in the scene are created with Clouds from the Clouds and Raindrops dies. The star is also sponged and uses the Double Stitched Stars and Sparkling Stars dies layered.
My second creation uses the same Howdy stamp set but with a different look. I used a piece of dp from Authentique that reminds me of Southwest with the Houndstooth pattern.
The sentiment panel is cut out with the Squares and Double Stitched Squares dies and is distressed with Tim Holtz ink.

Love the gorgeous background on your first card.
I am loving the layers Chris on your cards! They are so neatly done and eye appealing - love the rope on the Western card as well - Yee Haw - super duper cool -TFS and for the hop!
WOW! I love both of them, especially the first. Color and beautiful!
Both cards are great, but I especially love the first one -- the "sunset" colors remind me of cowboys riding off into the sunset ...
I love the depth of stitched layers of your first card. That looks so crisp and durable. The color choices are wonderful. The hounds tooth background of the second card looks warm, like fabric. A job very well done on both cards.
Beautiful! I love the creativity in the background papers and combinations of patterns.
FAbulous. Love the sunburst on the first and the houndstooth on the second.
Both of these are striking cards! Great job!
Chris, what handsome and manly cards you've made! Such a big change for you, but these are fabulous masculine cards! Beautifully done, and I love the colors! Hugs, sweet friend!
Oh my goodness! Chris both of these cards are beyond outstanding!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!!
Your cards are fantastic. Love both.
Chris your cards are fantastic, thanks for sharing
These are both gorgeous. Love the beautiful layers on the first. Perfect colours on the second. Hugz
Both cards are pure eye candy! I've always admired your attention to creative details! Beautifully done!
Wonderful layering and such cool details! Awesome cards! Hugs!
Love the sponging and background on the first, so vibrant! Neat design too!
Neat paper choice for your second card, love all the layers.
Fab samples!!
These cards are amazing! Love how you created the sunset...and the stitching on the second one is perfect. Both backgrounds set off the silhouette image so well!
WOW, Chris! Two gorgeous cowboy creations! Love the sponged sunset on the embossed rays panel and all the layers on your first card! Wonderful idea to stamp the silhouette right on the DP for your second! Two wonderfully designed cards for this release, my friend! Hugs!
Two beautiful cards, as always! I especially like the background you created behind the horse on the first card.
These are wonderful cards, Chris! Love the colors & papers ( I think I have some of that houndstooth). Love all the layers on both.
