EASY PEASY, Right?

So now.... on to my card..

I decided to make a Tri-shutter card (You can find the instructions HERE) because it allowed me the space to use several of the great stamps in two of the new release sets: Mountain and Keep Climbing as well as the trees from the old set Quote Collection 1.  I wanted to make a card that would work for either a guy or girl.  Hopefully I accomplished that.

The large sentiment from the Mountain stamp set and tree images from Quote Collection 1 were masked and stamped directly on the retired Stampin Up Bon Jour designer paper.  I just love this quote.  How true!!!

The image is colored with copics and the sky is sponged with Soft Sky Ink.  Many of my panels are distressed with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Ink.

The Baja Breeze Scallops are the Big Scalloped Border Petites cut in half.  The soft suede panels are embossed with Provocraft Wood and then distressed.

Card Recipe:
Paper: Stampin Up Botanical, SU Soft Suede, Neenah White
Dies: Spellbinders Grommet Tags, Labels 6, Ribbon Tags Trio, Labels 17 Labels 13, Labels 22, Labels 18, Labels 12, Big Scalloped Border Petites
Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs new release Mountain and Keep Climbing as well as the trees from the old set Quote Collection 1.

Thanks for stopping by today!! I hope you are somehow inspired by my creation!! For more inspiration, the next stop on the hop is the exceptionally talented Sandee.

Have a blessed Day!!!

hugs and blessings,
