Happy Hump Day Everyone!! I hope you are all having a blessed day!!! We have now found out the closing is the 15th of March on our home and we will have to movers move our stuff out by the 14th!! UGH!!! We have so much to do that I am overwhelmed. I have been praying for God's peace in all of this. I sometimes feel like I am running in circles and not accomplishing what I should. I know He has a plan for us and that He is with us in all we do.
Now that we are getting closer, I am realizing how difficult change is for me and how anxious I am getting. I keep on reciting verses over and over in my head: "Don't be anxious about anything, but in all things bring your prayers and petitions to Him." "They that wait upon the Lord, shall renew their strength, they shall mount up on wings like eagles." and one of my favorites "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths." I truly have coveted the messages and emails of support of prayer and well wishes for us!!
Today I would like to share a sneak peek of a set being released tomorrow at Our Daily Bread Designs. The set I used is called Light of Life. The verse is framed with the Sizzix (Birds and Wreathe) embossing folder. The flowers are scrunched and home made. To create the foliage, I used the fanciful flourish die from Cheery Lynn, and the Martha Stewart Twig punch. On the embossed oval, I used silver baubles.
Challenges I am entering my card in:
Paper Crafting Journey - Anything made with paper goes
Paper Play - Something old, something new (new stamp, old embellishments)

Penny's Paper-Crafty - #73 anything goes

Happy Monday Everyone!! I hope you all had a great weekend!! We are down to a little under three weeks now before the closing on the house (we think or so we have been told). Life has been busy trying to get everything packed!! I have not had a lot of time for blog hopping or creating. Sorry!!
Anywho I do have two creations to share today. The first is a sneak peek of a set to be released at Our Daily Bread Designs on March 1 (Thursday). I am just loving these Sweet Friendship sentiments!! So many great sentiments and a BEAUTIFUL font!!
I used the Flowersoft Wildflowers Die cut dimensions adding citrus crush flowersoft (ultrafine). The Our Daily Bread Designs Sweet Friendship is framed with Spellbinders Petite Ovals.
The Flowersoft panel is framed with the Lattice Rectangle from Spellbinders. The ribbon is white wrinkle ribbon from May Arts tied with the Bow Easy. The designer paper is Prima English Garden.
My second creation is for this week's Stamp and Create Product Spotlight: Stampavie!!! All Stampavie images, except the new 2012 New CHA releases, are up to 25% off this week!!
I used Butterfly Bear illustrated by Penny Johnson for her creation. The sentiment is from Whimsy's Summer Letter Seals designed by Ann Vento of Raindrop Echo designs. It is framed with the Fleur De Lis Rectangles from Spellbinders and the White Crochet lace 2 from May Arts.
Challenges I am entering my creation in:

Happy Saturday Everyone!! I hope you are all enjoying the weekend!! We are busy packing and boy am I ever exhausted!! At least we can see some big accomplishments being made.
Today I am popping in to share this week's Shining the Light challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs.
This week's challenge:
Here is my take on the challenge:
I had fun coloring the image from the Mighty Sea available at ODBD with my copics. The sky is sponged but for some reason I had difficulty photographing it. The window is a customized Window Die for ODBD made by Spellbinders.
