ODBD Bread Basket

Thursday, November 17, 2011

Hello and happy Thursday stamping friends!  Today  I have gift packaging to share with you all that I've made for this week's Stamping in Time Challenge over at our Daily Bread Designs.

For this week's  ODBD Stamping In Time Challenge (SNTODBD48) the assignment is to use Our Daily Bread Design stamps. The challenge this rotation is to create Christmas cards, gift packaging, gift ideas or anything festive you can think of to share with a Christmas theme!    Remember, the more you play the more you increase your chance to win a $15 gift certificate toward stamps at ODBD! We look forward to seeing what you create using ODBD stamps!  This challenge is a two week challenge so you have plenty of time to play!

For all of the detail to this challenge make sure you'll check out the ODBD Blog!

Here is my take on the challenge using the Baking Tag Set at ODBD and the Star of the Show template available at My Time Made Easy.  I am so sorry for the poor photo...the lighting has been awful here.

For this star box I used some hoarded items including Stampin Up Holiday Traditions dp, lace from a friend,  bells, and pink May Arts Sheer Ribbon. The pine cones are from Hobby Lobby.  I plan to put some almond tarts and some other dutch pastries in this gift box for someone special this Christmas.

Box recipe:
ODBD Stamps Used: Baking Tag Set
Paper: SU Holiday Traditions, Pink Pirouette CS
Accessories: Pine cones, May Arts Pink Sheer Ribbon, bells, lace
