ODBD Think Spring/ SSHP Birthday Celebrations

Happy Saturday!! I hope everyone is having a great start to your weekend!! I am so glad the sun is out and it may be a nice day here. Our family is hopefully on the mend....thanks so much for your well wishes. We were suppose to go away this weekend but we will be laying low and recuperating instead. Scott went to the doctor and got a slew of antibiotics and medication from the doctor so hopefully it will kick in soon and the fever will break. So far my oldest daughter escaped this horrendous flu in our house. Anywho it is Spring today!!! Since this is the first day of Spring, the Our Daily bread Designs Challenge team is challengeing you to create something for spring using Spring colors, sentiments and images portraying New Life. (perfect time for an Easter Creation being that we are new creatures in Christ).
To make the challenge even more fun, we will be giving out a prize, a $15 gift certificate to be used toward stamps at the Our Daily Bread Designs store!! Entries for the prize must be submitted by Thursday, 25. to Mr. Linky here. One random winner will be chosen and announced next Saturday. While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them.
Here is my take on the challenge:

I used the dp from Basic Grey Lily Kate and DCWV Nursery Stack. The image is framed with the Labels 9 and Fleur De Lis dies from Spellbinders. The bow is created with the bow easy and the Striped Grosgrain from SU. The butterflies are my embellishment to resemble new life and they are created with the MS Classic butterfly punch and Zva Creative pearls. The Verse is from the new Scripture 4 set at Our Daily Bread Designs. The frame is made with the Vine borders set at ODBD.

Paper: Basic Grey Lily Kate and DCWV Nursery Stack
Embellishments and tools: MS Classic butterfly punch and Zva Creative pearls, Labels 9 and Fleur De Lis dies from Spellbinders
