Happy Tuesday Everyone!! I hope you are all doing well and your week has had a good beginning. We here in our household are fighting illness. I am so sorry I have not present other than making my posts but I have been suffering from Migraines and have been trying to limit my exposure on the computer since it makes me real sick!! My husband has also been home from work sick. It is funny how that happens when it is one of the busiest weeks of all with Our Daily Bread Design's Anniversary challenges and hop, a Whimsy blog hop and etc. Please bear with me on my brief post...

Since it is Tuesday....it is time for a Midnight Madness Sketch challenge!!

This is the sketch for this week!

We have another fun one for you this week. Once again, it's "YOUR PICK" Make it fancy, clean and simple, or somewhere in-between. Remember to click on the sneak peek button on the side bar for the following weeks sketch each Friday.

"YOUR CHOICE"

Here is my take on the sketch:

I found this sketch to be a real challenge for me and just wasn't sure where to put my image. I decided to take some liberties and drape an image over the sketch using the Bella Blossom set from SU. Since we have had non stop rain here (over 4 inches in the last couple of days) and a lack of sunshine, I thought I should bring the sunshine to me since it was not coming on it's own. I used yo yo yellow and made my creation much brighter than I normally would. The papers are from Basic Grey Origins. If you click on the picture you can see the individual squares in the close up but it is very difficult to see with the stripes in this photo. The envelope in the background is created with Priscilla's 6X6 think style envi kit found here,

Please visit the rest of the Design Team Divas to see their take on this week's sketch!

Oh Chris, so pretty. Love the yellow flower against the green envelope. Your card is wonderful with the flower over the squares. The paper you used for the squares is so attractive behind the flower. Hope your feeling better soon.

Beautiful Set with the Rose, Chris! Your choice of papers has worked out well for this brick background. And a rose on top of the bricks is perfect! I will try that next time :) I hope you feel better with those migraines soon, xox ~Jeni
