ODBD Bread Basket

Saturday, January 3, 2009

Good Afternoon! Today I would like to share with you a card that I made for my nieces wedding and the WT199 challenge on Splitcoast. The only requirement was to use something silver on a card. Well I used silver hodgepodge hardware from Stampin Up and silver glitter cardstock from K&Co.
The image was stamped with Stazon black (three times for layering) and watercolored using my Stampin up markers. Glitter was added to give it sparkle. The image is layered to give it dimension. The card is sewn with a turquoise thread. The paper is from DCWV (Luxury). The last picture is a gift card tag for their present.
CARD RECIPE
Stamps: Swans (unknown), Stampin Up Happy Harmony, and Stampin Up Priceless
Paper: Stampin up Baja Breeze, DCWV Luxury, silver glitter cardstock (K&Co.)
Accessories: American Craft Ribbon, pearls, embossing templates (Swiss dot and swirls), nestabilities (oval regular and scalloped), silver hodgepodge hardware, turquoise thread
Have a great evening! Thanks for visiting!
