Hello, Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well!! The time just seems to be flying by and Christmas is now only a few weeks away!! ...and yes I am still working on getting all my Christmas cards sent out. It always seems like such a momentous task!
Today I would like to share a Christmas card I created using the new Living Water stamp set at ODBD and the colors from the ODBDSLC265 Color Challenge.
I had so much fun coloring this image up and adding lots of sparkle with my glamor dust. After coloring the image, I cut my image out with the new Double Stitched Circles matted on a black circle from the Circle Ornaments dies. The image is then layered on an embossed snowflake kraft panel die cut with the Vintage Labels die. It is a little more simplistic than a lot of my cards, but I really felt the image did not need a lot of added detail. The embossed Snowflake layer was perfect to add a more wintery feel. The panel along the bottom is cut with a Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace punch.
ODBD Stamps Used: Living Water
ODBD Dies Used: Vintage Labels, Double Stitched Circles, Circle Ornaments
Other: Darice Snowflake Swirl Embossing Folder, Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace (Around the page punch)
For more inspiration for this challenge, please visit my dt sisters: Paula, Robin, and Diana!! To join the challenge, you can find more details here and can hook your creation to the linky at the bottom of the page. You have until Dec. 13 at 8 pm EST to link your creation.
Thanks so much for stopping by and for your comments!! They are so appreciated!!

Beautiful Chris! This is one of my favorite scenes for December to be sure!! I love all the sparkle and snowy goodness that can be seen!! I love your fall trees getting their first dusting of snow before they lose all their leaves and the icy water coming down off the water wheel! Beautiful! I love your snow swirl embossing too!
I hope you are doing better my sweet friend! Love you!
Oh my Chris, this is absolutely gorgeous!! Love your coloring of this new image (this month's bundle is fabulous and I just received mine :-))!! The glittery snow, the wonderful combination of dies just sets off the focal image so well :-) You never cease to inspire me, my friend! Hugs and have a blessed week!!
This is my favorite of the new stamp release and you have made such a peaceful and beautiful creation with it!!! Love the sparkle and embossing you have added!!! Hope you get your Christmas cards finished soon! It's not often that I get mine out. I'm thinking Christmas in July works better for me!
Such a beautiful card. I especially like all the sparkles.
You are so very talented. This is a beautiful card and it speaks to my childhood memories and takes my breath away. Thank you for sharing this with us. I keep you in prayers and love your work. Georgia
Gorgeous coloring technique! I love it. Very creative. Thanks for sharing!
