~Open Doors~

Happy Sunday all!! I hope you are all enjoying the weekend!! Today it is time for another Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge!!

This week's hostess is Rebecca. Rebecca chose the verse:
Matthew 7:7-8 7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

I don't know how many of you have been affected by natural disasters or have heard about those who have. How about remembering who died in the terror attack at Ground Zero, the pentagon, and on those hijacked airplanes on this day 10 years ago. How scary, right? Yes, but what a comfort to know that we can go to God in prayer, believing that He can deliver. In all our difficulties, we have God to turn to. Ask, seek, and knock at His door to walk with you through all your joys and sorrows. We need not worry about tomorrow. If God cares about the birds of the air, how much more does He care for you. Pray, Pray, Pray!!!!!! Yes, God knows what we need before we ask it but He still asks us to ask or seek in His name.

Rebecca's Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge is to include a door on your creation.

Here is my take on the challenge:

I used Bo Bunny Timepiece Collection paper for my background which had a door illustrated on it. I decided to make a more masculine card including doors. Behind each door is part of the verse from the Ask, Seek, Knock stamp set at Our Daily Bread Designs. The fence is created with the ODBD fence die.
