I wish I could tell you what paper this is but quite honestly it is from my scrap bin and I am unsure of what pack it is from.  I just love the colors of it though.  The sentiment is from Whimsy's Friendship Ticket sentiments.

The lace is new ribbon I just purchased from Joann's.  Isn't it gorgeous!! The ribbon is from Making Memories.  I framed the image with the classic circles and lacey circle dies from Spellbinders.
