I just love this time of year with the slightly cooler but not colder temperatures and the colorful leaves. Each season has their blessings.

Hello, Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well!! Time continues to fly by and we are in October!! Before we know it, it will be Christmas!!
Speaking of Christmas, ODBD just released many wonderful Christmas stamps and dies! I am having so much fun making traditional and nontraditional Christmas cards.
Today I would like to share a card I made for the Shining the Light Color Challenge (ODBDSLC279) using non-traditional colors.

ODBD Stamps Used: Joys of the Season
ODBD Dies Used: Merry Christmas Border, Holy Night, Ovals, Pierced Ovals, Beautiful Borders, Pierced Rectangles, Rectangles, Boho Background
To create this card, I embossed rather than die cut the ODBD Boho Background and then sponged with purple, blue and green ink.
The Holy Night die is cut from black cardstock. The image panel is framed with a metallic silver and purple cardstock.
For more inspiration for this challenge, please visit my dt sisters:

Hello, Friends!! Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs October New Release!! You won't want to miss the inspiration from the bread basket using the new release or the chance to win!! This month there are an abundance of gorgeous stamps and dies!! Perfect for making both CAS or elaborate cards for Christmas.
Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 gift certificate to the ODBD Store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD Stamps found in the "ODBD stamps column" of the website just for commenting on the Design Team cards on their blogs! You have until October 2, 2016, at 9:00 p.m. EST to leave your comments for a chance to win! The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on October 3rd, so be sure to check back to see if you won!
My first creation uses the new Joys of the Season stamp set, Merry Christmas Border Die, as well as the previously released Lavish Layers dies, Pierced Circles dies, Rectangles dies, Pierced Rectangles dies, and Circles dies.
The tree images on the image panel were stamped with the stamp set Joys of the Season and embossed with holographic silver embossing powder. It really sparkles. The actual cardstock is a royal purple but it looks darker in this picture.
