Happy Thanksgiving to all in the USA!! With all our trials and hardships, we all have so much to be thankful for!! Although our family is currently mourning the loss of a loved one, I thank God for the hope we have in Him and for the numerous blessings he bestows upon me each and every day to numerous to even name them all.
On this Thanksgiving day, I do want to thank God especially for sending His one and only son, for His presence in my life each and every day during all my joys and sorrows, for my dear husband Scott, for my darling girls: Nicki and Meghan, for my parents (both Scott's and mine), for brothers and sisters, for our new home in Virginia, for my friends (new and old)...
See... told you my blessing are too numerous!! I won't list them all as I may be here all day!
Have a blessed Thanksgiving Friends!! I pray that you are able to enjoy the day with family and/or friends!!!
This card includes Our Daily Bread Designs Pumpkin image and matching die from Our Daily Bread Designs. The sentiment is from Apple Wreath . The image is popped on a Spellbinders lattice motif. The border is created with Spellbinders Bracket Borders. The foliage is ODBD Fancy Foliage.
******************************
I pray for my sister in law and the family as they prepare for a funeral for Donna's father. My heart breaks for you all and I wish that I could be there with you all. My heart and thoughts are there!! Here is a card I made for my brother Ron and Donna:
At times like this, there are just no words ...That is why the new release to come out at Our Daily Bread Designs on December 1- No Words- is perfect. Nothing can take away the pain. For this card I used No Words, Ornate Borders and Flowers, Ornate background from ODBD which will be released on Dec. 1. The ornate flower is cut out with the custom ODBD Flower and Frames Die.
Our Daily Bread Designs is having a special Thanksgiving Sale!! If you visit this blog post about the sale and leave a comment, you have a chance to win a $20 certificate to the store.

Hi Friends!! I am so excited to have been invited to be part of the DIRTY Girls at Splitcoaststampers!! I still can’t believe that I am going to join such an amazing and talented group of women who I have looked up to and admired for such a long time and am completely honored and humbled. I am so thankful to God for this opportunity...when there are so many more stampers more talented than I!! I am so thankful for my many crafty and blogging friends who always inspire me!!
I am entering this into the Word Art Wednesday challenge which is Anything Goes. Word art Wednesday shares free inspirational scripture and sentiments each week!!
This month I have been working on lots of cards/projects which you can see if you are a part of the fan club here.
Too kick off the weekend before I go back to spending all my time in the basement painting wood crafts for a craft show next weekend, I thought I would share one of this week's cards:
I created my panels with a marvelous squares die from Spellbinders. My snowflake from the ODBD Sparkling Snowflake was embossed in pearl and sponged with Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, and Coastal Cabana starting at the edges from darkest to lightest. I did this three times (front and back of folded pop up panel and back snowflake). The snowflake was cut out with the Custom Snowflake die. The paper is Bo Bunny Snowflake Collection
The sentiment is from ODBD Vintage Pattern Ornaments. The back panel is embossed in Anna Griffin Poppies.

My next card is a masculine card I created using The Earth set from Our Daily Bread Designs. It is die cut with ODBD Custom Circle Ornament dies. The sentiment is cut and framed with the ODBD Custom Recipe and Tags die.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you were inspired in some way by my creation. Have a blessed day!!!

Happy Tuesday Friends!! I hope you all are doing well!!
With each passing day it is getting colder and looking more like winter. I love each and everyone of the seasons although the cold is my least favorite. I do love winter for the beauty of the snow or the coziness of looking out at the blustery day with a blanket or a blazing fire in the fireplace.
Today I am popping in to share a Christmas card I made for today's Shining the light challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs and the color challenge at SC (SC452) which is to use at least three of these colors: Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay , Coastal Cabana, Island Indigo, Pool Party and Smoky Slate.
This weeks Shining the Light challenge is: a sketch!!!
Card Recipe:
ODBD stamps used: Our Daily Bread Designs Holiday Ornaments 1, Poinsettia Wreath dies used: Spellbinders Holiday tags (ornaments are custom to fit these tags), classic circles
Accessories: Darice Snowflake embossing folder (SU)
Paper: Bo Bunny Snowfall Collection
