Hello friends! Welcome to the Our Daily Bread designs October Release Blog Hop! The breadbasket has lots of fun prizes and inpiration with some gorgeous holiday stamps!! If you got here from the extremely talented Becca’s Blog, you are in the right place. If not, you might want to start at the Our Daily Bread designs Blog  and start from the beginning. If you get lost along the way, simply return there where the entire hop is listed with links.

The Hop will run 8am EDT Oct. 1 until 8pm EDT Oct 2. The winners will be announced on the ODBD Blog on Oct 3. Kelley is generously offering THREE blessed hoppers a CHOICE of ONE FREE SET, and ONE very blessed hopper the GRAND PRIZE of their CHOICE OF THREEFREE SETS!

Here is what you have to do to be qualified to win one of these prizes:
-Hop to each designer’s blog and leave a comment
-Return to the Our Daily Bread designs blog and leave a comment telling us that you completed the hop, making note if there were any you could not comment on.
-Answer the question on the ODBD blog when you leave your comment

For my creation, I created a set.  I showed you part of it as a sneak peek earlier this week, but as promised, I have the set to show you today.

First is a card I made using a variety of the new releases inside and out.

The outside of my card uses the Tree Collage stampset which I colored with copics.  The designer paper is from DCWV Holiday collection.  I added some burgundy wrinkled ribbon (May Arts), lace and a panel using Labels 20.  The die used is Spellbinders Holly Accents cut out with the Spellbinder Grand Caliber.

The inside of my card uses the Holiday Ornaments stamp set from ODBD stamped and embossed in gold on matching DCWV Holiday collection paper and cut out with the Spellbinders Holiday Ornaments tags.  The inside sentiment is from the ODBD Christmas Door stamp set.  It is framed with the Elegant Oval frame stamp set (cut out with ODBD's Elegant Ovals die -customized to ODBD)

For my gift box I used the Box #2 Big XL die from Stampin up.  These make the perfect gift to put just a few candies in or something.  My tags are embossed in gold using the Holiday Ornaments stampset, cut out with Spellbinders Holiday Ornament Tags dies (which can be purchased at ODBD as part of a bundle with the Holiday Ornament stamps), distressed with Tim Holtz Walnut Stain and outlined with a gold leafing pen.  The flower on the top of the box is made of felt.  The ribbon is emerald green ribbon from May Arts. The designer paper is DCWV Holiday Collection. The flower is made with felt.

While I have already shared my next creation on my blog and Splitcoast, I wanted to share another festive creation using the Joy Tree in case you have not seen it before.  I just love this versatile set!!

I hope you have enjoyed my creation!!

From here, please hop to sweet Debi's blog to be inspired!!  Enjoy the rest of the hop!!

Thanks for stopping by and for all your comments!! They are greatly appreciated!!

Have a great day!!

Blessings,

My, oh my - what a fabulous card. That stitching around the edge is phenomenal looking and I think you have taken this stamp to a whole new level with your coloring....you weren't afraid to let the words stand out along with your tree and the greenery in the corner of it!!! The buttons, DP and lace just bring it all together - and if I remember your doing this all in the midst of a move....and to have finished it so nicely inside well all I can say is You rocked on this card.
