Welcome to the August ODBD New Release!!

Hello Friends!! Welcome to the ODBD August Release!! You won't want to miss all the inspiration from the ODBD Breadbasket (ODBD design team) using these fun sports themed stamps and dies!

Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 gift certificate to the ODBD Store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD Stamps found in the "ODBD stamps column" of the website just for commenting on the Design Team cards on their blogs! Today I have two projects to share with you. The first card I am sharing with you is created using the new Football Stamp Die Duo, Sports Jersey Dies, as well as the past released Happy Birthday dies, Bitty Borders, Pierced Squares, and Old Glory 6x6 paper. The fold is called a lever fold and it is created with the fun and precut fancy fold - Lever background at ODBD. This is the inside

This is the outside or cover of the card.

This is the second card I created using the new All Star Jersey stamp set and Sports Jersey dies as well as the previously released Sparkling Stars dies, Pierced Rectangles, and Old Glory 6x6 paper.

Welcome to the new July ODBD Release!

Today I have two projects to share with you. The first card I am sharing with you is created using the new Bon Voyage stamp set, Ferns dies, and Frangipani dies, as well as the previously released Lavish Layers, Ovals, Pierced Rectangles dies, and Boho Bold 6x6 paper pack.

The image is sponged using a circles die and several bright inks to create the sunset. After die cutting the Frangipani die I traced the embossed sections with copics and wet the flower so I could shape it for a more 3d flower.

The second card is created using the new released Bon Voyage stamp set, Frangipani dies, and Fern Dies as well as the previously released Doily Dies, Pierced Rectangles dies, Lavish Layers dies, Beautiful Borders dies and the Boho Bold 6x6 Paper Pack.

Again the flowers were colored with copics (pink, light violet and yellow) after it was die cut and then wet so it could be molded.

ODBDSLC287 Color Challenge- Floral Wedding Wishes

Hello Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well and that you are enjoying some beautiful spring/summer weather. Today, as I write this post, it is sunny, warm and not humid! So gorgeous in Virginia! Many times we have the humidity so this is d-bomb!!

This month, Kelley released some gorgeous wedding stamps and dies at ODBD!! Since June is the wedding month it is so appropriate. I know we have a few weddings to attend in the fall. I have been having fun creating cards for my nieces and nephews.

Today's card is one that I created for this month's Shining the Light challenge at ODBD. It is a color challenge. Here are the colors:

This is the card I created:

ODBD Stamps Used: Happily Ever After

ODBD Dies Used: Bitty Blossoms, Fancy Foliage, Scalloped Chain, Oval, Ornate Ovals, Tulip Heart, Ornate Hearts

I just love the bitty blossom flowers. The white flowers were die cut and then sponged in pink. The silver heart is die cut from the Ornate Heart dies.

Today I have two projects to share with you.

The first is a book fold design using the new Long Lasting Love Stamp set, new Mr. and Mrs. Die, new Scalloped Chain Background Die, the past released Ovals dies, Pierced Ovals dies, Layered Lacey Ovals dies, and Beautiful Borders dies. The design paper is the new Wedding Wishes. The fold itself uses the pre-cut fun and fancy Book fold. The image and sentiments are embossed in silver.

This is the inside of the book fold card which uses the Mr. and Mrs. die, Circles, Pierced Circles, Bitty Borders, Bitty Blossoms dies, Wedding wishes designer paper, and the Long Lasting Love stamp set.

Here is my second creation:

This wedding card was created with the new Long Lasting Love, Mr. and Mrs. Die, Scalloped Chain die, and Wedding Wishes 6x6 paper pack, as well as the past released Oval, Pierced Ovals, Beautiful Borders dies, and Bitty Blossoms dies.

The Mr. and Mrs. die is die cut in gold metallic cardstock. The image is embossed in gold embossing powder. The beautiful borders die is laced with gold cardstock.
