The background is navy blue while the buildings are black and white cardstock which I layered to give an appearance of snow.
Card Recipe: Trees and Deer dies, Diorama with layers dies, Neighborhood Border dies, Double Pierced Vintage Labels die, Curvy slopes die, Snow Crystals Dies
My second creation is a fun clean and simple design. The trees are embossed and then ink of greens and aquas were sponged over top.

Hello Friends!! I hope this post finds you all well!! Since I had a moment, I thought I would share a card I created with the newest stamps and dies from Our Daily Bread Designs!! I am so loving the new Merry Christmas stamp die duo that I used for this card!! I embossed the poinsettia in gold and then colored it in with copics. The poinsettia is cut with the coordinating die within the stamp set itself and mounted on the Pierced Circles and Fancy Circles Die. The sentiment is framed with cardstock cut from the Pennant Flag Die and the Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies. The background behind the matted circle is created with the Layered Lacey Squares dies and Square dies.
Thank you so much for stopping by!! I hope you too have a chance to create some Christmas cards!!

Hello Friends!! I hope you all had a great weekend!! Here it is November already! Time is flying and the holidays are upon us. It is time to get started on those Christmas cards!!
Here is a card I created with the Merry Christmas stamp die duo and the New Christmas 2018 Paper Collection. The paper is so soft and beautiful!! The poinsettia is colored with copics and die cut with the die that coordinates (within the stamp die duo set). The image is that adhered with dimensionals on circles die cut with the double stitched circle and the Fancy Circle Dies. The designer paper is die cut with the ODBD Rectangles and is framed with White Neenah Cardstock die cut with the Pierced Rectangles.
I added small pearls and white seam binding for a bow as an embellishment. It is a bit more CAS than some of the other cards I have created in the past but I love the softness of it.
Thanks for stopping by and for your comments!!

The sky is created with a sheet from the Christian Faith Paper Collection. The star, from the Holy Night Dies, was die cut from Glitter Cardstock.

Here is my creation made with the Christmas Bell Dies and the Christmas Card Verses Stamp set (released in October).
This was a fun card to create! The bells were created with White Neenah Cardstock and the Christmas Bells die. Parts in brown where colored while the sparkles were created with Stickles. The sentiment was framed with Double Stitched Rectangles, 2 layers from the Lavish layers, Pierced Rectangles, and Leaves and Branches Dies. The Bow on the bell is a part of the Christmas Bells die set. The pine was created with the Pines and Branches dies. I loved making this monochromatic design.

Hello Friends! I hope all are doing well. I so enjoy my time off from teaching to slow down just a bit and get so much done around the house that I am not able to do while working.
Today I am popping in to share a card created with the June New Release from Our Daily Bread Designs...Sister Time and Lacey Corners dies as well as the previously released Birthday Brights 6x6 Paper Collection.
I just love the sentiments in this set. So many are words that come from the heart about my sister and sister in laws whom I love so much. I am so blessed!! Family is a wonderful gift from God and sisters can have a unique bond that lasts for a lifetime. Even though our personalities can be different, my sister is one of my best friends and a real supporter!
Eccles. 4:9-10
9 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. 10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
I hope you are blessed with supportive family and friends!! I also hope that you have enjoyed my creation.

Good Morning Friends! I hope you are all doing well!! It seems like I have little time to craft or blog lately. Life is so busy and continues to become busier as spring arrives and yard work must be done.
Today I am popping in to share a card using the beautiful and fun Hug in a Mug stamp and die duo, Mini Cups and Mugs dies, Latte Love 6x6 Paper Pack, Leafy Edged Border die, Beautiful Borders dies, Pierced Rectangles and Rectangles dies.
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]?.......
This sentiment reminds me of the verse:
Matthew 26:
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
This is a card for encouragement. To symbolize taking one day at a time, I used seven cups. What a wonderful reminder. Life can be overwhelming at times. Trusting God to take each day as it comes is a wonderful piece of advice.
I hope you have enjoyed my creation. Thanks for stopping by and for your comments!
