Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni Team's bi-monthly For the Love Blog Hop.  This week the Alumni team along with some of the ODBD designers are featuring a hop For the Love of ODBD Best Sellers! Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, check the ODBD blog for full list of links.  One of the post is a hop hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate.  So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love!  You have until Wednesday, January 2nd, at 6 pm.   Enjoy all the beautiful designs featuring For the Love of ODBD Best Sellers!

If you came here from Grace's  amazing blog, you are in the right place.  If not, you may want to start at the beginning (the ODBD Blog) so you don't miss any of the inspiration along the way.

For my creation, I used the Best Seller Scripture Collection 3 and Flower Border.  With my dear hubby being laid off a couple of weeks ago and no employment yet on the horizon, the verse I chose is especially near and dear to my heart.  It is the tough times that we need to realize that God is in control.

The card I created is a case of my dear friend Grace's Friend's Quilt.  I changed the colors, added stitching and added some of my own Chris touches.

The Flower Border was cut out with the Spellbinders Labels 18 which is a perfect fit!!

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Flower Border, Scripture Collection 3
Dies: Spellbinders Labels 18, Classic Squares, Fancy Tags 3
Paper: K and Co. Christmas, Basic Grey
Ribbon: May Arts Black Silk

Here are the pictures of the stamps and compatible dies used available at Our Daily Bread Designs:

Thanks for stopping by, I hope in some way you are inspired by my creation!!  For more inspiration, the next stop on the hop is sweet Lisa.

blessings,

Hello there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this
website? I'm getting tired of Wordpress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
